Clay County Sheriff’s Office and Liberty Hy-Vee support local rural communities by providing FREE kids’ meals to those ages 12 and under and adult meals for $3 (cash only).

11/24/25 Notice of Postponed Public Hearings
Postponed hearings from November 19th, 2025 to present Floodplain Management Ordinance 157 followed by a hearing for a variance request for a proposed detached garage at 711 Shannon St. will be held Monday November 24th, 2025 at 6:30 PM at the MCCA Building 309 Main St. Missouri City, MO 64072
Copies of proposed Floodplain Management Ordinance 157 and existing Floodplain Management Ordinance 142 can be found at the Missouri City Post Office lobby and by emailing Mayor Owen at powen@missouricitymo.gov for review. All interested persons shall be given an opportunity to be heard at the public hearings.
