Due to a misunderstanding it was reported in the November minutes that Brian Adcock had resigned his Ward 4 council position. Brian Adcock has not resigned and wishes to continue his representing Ward 4.

A request for a Floodplain variance of a proposed garage will be heard for the property at 711 Shannon St. Missouri City, Missouri 64072. Legal description of the property, All of the south half of one acre of land, a part of the southwest quarter of section nine (9), township fifty- one (51), range thirty (30), being known as a part of lot number two (2) in Foley’s survey, Foley’s Addition, Missouri City, Missouri. All interested persons shall be given an opportunity to be heard at the public hearing.

Notice of public hearing

The City of Missouri City, Missouri will hold a public hearing on Wednesday 11/19/2025 at 6:30 PM at the MCCA Building, 309 Main St. Missouri City, Missouri 64072. Flood Plain Management Ordinance 157 Pursuant to 44CFR § 60.3(d) will be read two times and voted on by the Missouri City, Missouri Council. The purpose of the ordinance is to update the FEMA requirements of existing ordinances for floodplain management. All interested persons shall be given an opportunity to be heard at the public hearing.
