When creating an account, the First Name, Last Name, and Account # must exactly match what is shown on your utility bill card. You will also have to enter our case sensitive Municipality Code of: MissouriCityMO072 . If you have any issues please call (800) 657-0880.
If you would like to receive your bill via email rather than through USPS. Please contact the water collector to sign up.

Attention Residents of Missouri City, Missouri
Construction for the water project is set to begin 2/1/21. This upgrade will benefit the entire city and we ask that you please have patience during this time.
During construction we might experience service outages. Having an emergency supply of water on hand just in case may prove useful. Driveways and streets may also be temporarily blocked. Please refrain from parking on streets and city easements during this time, vehicles may be subject to tow.
