Minutes of September 2nd 2025 meeting.
The Missouri City Missouri Planning and Zoning Commission met at 6:30 pm on September 2nd, 2025, in the MCCA Building. Members attending: Mayor Woody Owen, Teresa McKown, Bob Jeffries, Ryan Abbett, John Tennant, Brian Adcock, Jake Polys and Mason McGilton. Barbara Jackson was unavailable.
Old Business: as this was the first meeting of the Commission there was no old business,
New Business: The Commission decided to obtain current maps of the city from the county to review current zoning. John Tennant volunteered to get a map to begin the process. The Commission agreed to continue the process at the December meeting.
The Commission will meet again on Tuesday, December 2, 2025 at 6:30 pm in the MCCA Building.
