Issue with the new Online Water Bill Pay System
There have been multiple reports that the water bill pay website is not working and it is an issue with the new water payment system software. The Missouri City Water Collector also expressed concern that online water payments made by credit card are not visible to her in the new system. It has been determined that it is an issue with the new water system software and is not an issue with the Missouri City website link. Other cities are reported as having the same issue. Until this is fixed, she asks that the citizens do not make online water payments.
